Instructions for submitting forms

Download the form to your computer, fill it out, print it, and if necessary, scan it to attach it to an email. Remember, some forms are fully available electronically on the Resident Pages.

Submit the completed and printed form to us by one of the following methods:

  1. by mail to Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy, PL 150, 53101 Lappeenranta or
  2. in person at our office at Valtakatu 44, 53100 Lappeenranta or
  3. scanned and emailed to aspainfo@aspakoti.fi

Please note that the housing application must always be made on the website. A request to check registration information must be made in person at the Asuntopalvelu´s office.

Housing application

The housing application is always made online.

Arrival inspection form

Remember to fill out and return the new resident’s income inspection form within 14 days of signing the lease agreement.

This can be done quickly and easily on the Resident Pages. If you cannot use the Resident Pages, you can also print, fill out the form provided, and return it to Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu.

Termination of a rental agreement

The rental agreement is always terminated in writing, with a signature. The notice period is one (1) month, starting from the last day of the month in which the notice is given.

You can also terminate the rental agreement online, for which you’ll need to authenticate yourself with your online banking credentials.

Parking space termination

The notice period for terminating a parking space is 1 month unless agreed otherwise. Remember to also return the parking space key.

New resident arrival notification

If more residents are moving into your apartment, inform us using this form.

Disturbance notification

In order to address disturbances occurring in the building, we require a written notification. All information is treated confidentially. An official notification requires the signatures of at least two tenants living in different apartments. You can make the notification online through authentication.


If you are unable to obtain signatures from at least two different tenants residing in the apartment but still wish to inform us of the disturbance, you can make an informal report using the “Report a disturbance” form. All information will be treated confidentially.

You can also use the following printable form for reporting, which can be submitted to us by:

  • scanning to email asumisneuvonta@aspakoti.fi
  • visiting our office during opening hours Mon-Fri 9-12

Request for access to register data

The registered individual has the right to inspect personal data stored about them in the personal register. The request for inspection should be presented to the controller of the register. The inspection request must be submitted to our office so that we can verify the identity of the person making the request. The link opens as a PDF form in a new window.

Fault report

For faults occurring in apartments and the building, it’s advisable to report directly to the property maintenance via the Resident Pages or WhatsApp at 020 4963 250. Issues requiring urgent attention must always be reported immediately by calling the property maintenance company.
