Resident Pages are the digital service channel exclusively for residents.

Resident´s personal service channel

On the Resident Pages, you can view important announcements, send messages to customer service or property management, easily make maintenance requests, review your contract, rent payments, or property consumption reports.

You can start using the Resident Pages once you have signed a lease agreement with Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu.

Registering for the Resident Pages

For first-time users, you can register using your online banking credentials, after which the service operates with the username and password you create.

Alternatively, you can log in to the Resident Pages using strong authentication, without the need to create or use a separate username and password. When logging in to the Resident Pages, you can choose how you wish to log in.

If you have recently moved or changed apartments, you need to complete a new resident’s income inspection within 14 days of signing the lease agreement. The income inspection form can also be found on the Resident Pages.

Logging in to the Resident Pages is straightforward, and through it, you can make maintenance requests, browse and update your information. The Resident Pages also provide all property information and meeting minutes of the resident meetings. It’s highly recommended to take advantage of this service.

Messages enable communication between residents and customer service, allowing residents to send messages and attach files.

Fault reports give residents the ability to report issues specific to their apartment or common areas and follow the progress of the work.

My Finances section contains information related to the user’s contract and payments, including the cumulative balance, billing period, payments, and individual invoices.

Contract Page allows a resident to view individual contract details and access the contract document and attachments.

Contact Details section provides a summary of the property maintenance, property manager, rent control, and rental customer service contact information.

Housing services offer links to services such as terminating a lease, applying for a new apartment, or services from Telia and the city of Lappeenranta.

Property Information shows basic details about your property, including year of construction, building materials, heating system, and number of apartments.

Property Consumption allows residents to review water consumption (liters per resident per day), heating energy, and electricity consumption of the property.

Documents section enables residents to review various documents related to the building, such as meeting minutes or house rules.

Settings section’s Personal Information area allows you to review and update your contact information.

Our office is open Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 12 PM or by appointment. The rental customer service is available by phone Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 3 PM.
