New functionality to facilitate the submission of housing application attachments

Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu has implemented a new functionality that allows the apartment applicant to submit the necessary attachments to the housing application easily and securely using the new Attachment Service. Attachment Service collects and delivers attachments directly to Asuntopalvelu using strong identification and utilizing the Suomi.fi -service.  Attachment Service automatically takes care of the income register extract, pre-filled tax return, population register information and possible study rights. The new functionality speeds up the apartment search process and ensures data secure processing of attachments.

This is how the service works:

• Fill your e-mail address in the housing application.
• After sending the apartment application, you will automatically receive a link to Attachment Service in your e-mail. If you do not receive an email, please check your email’s spam folder.
• With the link you received, you can make a strong identification and give consent that the service can deliver all the necessary attachments directly to the Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu.

However, if you do not want to use the Attachment service, you can also add attachments to the housing application manually in the traditional way. Accepted file formats are PDF, PNG and JPG, and the maximum size of attachments is 2048 kB.
