Touho Chatbot is now available in English

We have developed the chatbot service on our website, and from Monday 2 December 2024, Touho Chatbot will serve our customers also in English. The English-language function is in test use until Monday 16 December 2024.

When the customer starts a conversation with the chatbot, Touho offers the possibility to select the language (Change language). The English translations are produced by artificial intelligence, and it is good to note that for now we cannot influence the accuracy of the translations or the choice of words.
