4. Purpose of personal data use

Personal data is processed for communication and information dissemination between Aspakoti and individuals belonging to its stakeholder groups.

5. Register content

The register contains necessary details for implementing the purpose of use, such as:

  • Name information
  • Title/position
  • Employer
  • Contact information (postal address, phone number, email address)

Register data are immediately deleted when there is no longer a basis for their retention according to the purpose of use unless there is a legal or other authority requirement to retain the information.

6. Regular sources of information

Information is collected directly from the registered individual (e.g., during meetings and other forms of communication). Information may also be collected from external sources, such as press and other publications, publicly available internet and other sources, and registers maintained by external service providers.

7. Data disclosure and transfer

Information is not disclosed outside of Aspakoti nor transferred outside of the European Union or European Economic Area.

8. Register protection

Electronically processed register data are protected with firewalls, passwords, and other technical means generally accepted in the field of information security. Manually maintained materials are stored in secured locations.

Access to the information contained in the register is limited to designated employees of the register controller and companies acting on its behalf and under its instructions, who have signed confidentiality agreements, based on individual access rights granted by the controller.

9. Rights to inspect, prohibition, and correction

The registered individual has the right to inspect what data about them are stored in the register. Inspection requests must be sent to the person handling register matters and be written and signed. Inspection requests can also be made in person at the register controller’s premises.

The registered individual has the right to prohibit the processing and disclosure of their data for direct marketing, distance selling, and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion research by contacting the register controller.

The registered individual has the right to request correction of incorrect information by contacting the register controller.
