Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy is a company fully owned by the city of Lappeenranta, established in 1981.
The company’s primary mission is to focus on renting apartments by maintaining comfortable, high-quality, and reasonably priced rental homes, constructing new buildings, and renovating the existing housing stock.
Our operational goals include ecological sustainability, sustainable well-being, and a stable, sustainable economy.
Our mission is to maintain and promote well-being through housing.

We own nearly 5,000 rental apartments across Lappeenranta, offering a wide selection of homes for various life situations. We provide the opportunity for long-term lease agreements and a permanent, secure home.
Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy is involved in drafting and implementing the city of Lappeenranta’s strategy: LPR 2037 – Sustainable Success Stories.
